![]() ![]() ![]() It was perfect! Not only that, but you get bits and pieces of The Corps family- and catching up with characters you love is the best. Then you add the most adorable kid into the mix. This is one of those stories where I loved both the main characters equally. I love that Liam was able to be patient with Megan, but also push just enough to get her out of her comfort zone. Not only am I fighting for someone that can’t see through the shadows to find the rope I’m holding to pull herself off rock bottom, but I’m also fighting the ghosts of her past that I’m not sure will let her go long enough to make that climb How do you try to help someone, to be with someone with a past that haunts them? It’s not easy, that’s for sure. But once it’s time to make his move, he doesn’t hold back. He knows about her situation and the fragility of it all. There is something about Megan that draws Liam in right away. Her late husband and Cohen served together so they have that connection. The gang has kind of taken her under their wing lately. Besides her daughter, she’s alone in the world. ![]() She’s a single mom who was widowed a few years ago. He’s a good guy with great friends and parents that love him more than anything. In fact, it might be tied as my favorite now! The minute it was on my kindle I jumped right in. John Beckett made that book, and knowing Bleeding Love is a book about his son, Liam Beckett, I couldn't wait to start it. ![]()
